Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Send us a message through our contact form with your order number and we’ll take it from there — no forms, no hoops.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Returns
For hygiene and practicality, we’ll let you know at the point of contact whether a return is required. In many cases a return isn’t necessary to process your refund.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law (including, for EU/UK customers, the right to withdraw within the statutory cooling-off period).
